Estimate validation

Our estimates are valid for a month from the date sent, via email.

Terms of payment
We require full payment up front on orders. In some cases we can accept a 50% deposit on orders. We will not start any work until payment has been made.

Quality
We do quality checks on garments, However, human error may occur. The final quality assurance check lies in your hands. It is your responsibility to check over your garments when you receive them. We allow a 48 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with your order. Vector City ltd will not be responsible for errors after the 48 hour period. As well as this, Vector City will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts and/or contracts if those garments are sent out to your final customer.

Turnaround Time

Although we try our best to meet
turnaround times. The time frame we advise are only estimates. We
strongly advise that you do not book any photo shoots until you have the order in hand. We do not hold responsibility for any loss of money due to a delayed turnaround.

Social Media

We reserve the right to promote the brands we work with and the services we provide through various social platforms and our website. If you would rather we did not link back to brand/company or would prefer for photos/videos to be released after a certain date please let your sales representative know prior to the start of the production process.
